Priority Toyota Chesapeake is looking for a motivated Service BDC Representative to join our fast-paced, high-energy service department. Handle inbound and outbound service calls with professionalism and urgency
Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth service experience
Work closely with service advisors and management to meet department goals
Maintain accurate records and communication logs
Strong verbal communication and customer-service skills
Comfortable on the phone and able to handle a high call volume
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Previous BDC or call-center experience is a plus, but not required
A positive attitude and a team-player mentality
