Job Description

  • Act as HR Business Partner for factory management, providing strategic HR support and advice.

  • Manage all HR operations at the factory, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and talent development.

  • Oversee General Affairs (GA) functions, including facility management, administrative support, and coordination of office services.

  • Supervise Payroll and Shared Services, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, benefits administration, and HRIS management.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and health & safety regulations.

  • Lead and develop the factory HR team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

  • Support and manage EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) initiatives, ensuring a safe and healthy workplace and compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Support organizational change initiatives and drive employee engagement programs.

  • Collaborate with HR team members and other departments to implement company-wide HR strategies and projects.

    Possesses highly advanced specialized knowledge in their role and fundamental knowledge of related functions, capable of applying and analyzing this knowledge to create new processes.

    Capable of explaining difficult or sensitive information in operations and building consensus on process choices.

    Understands best practices and recognizes differentiating factors in the market and among competitors.
