Reporting to the Town Services Superintendent, an opportunity exists for a proactive and organised Administration Assistant to join the Town Services team.  As a member of the Town Services team, you will be challenged but rewarded by knowing that you have a positive influence in the business. You will be professional and highly organised with experience in managing multiple tasks and priorities.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing a high level of administration support and work collaboratively with all personnel
  • Actively participating in the day-to-day operations at Town Services
  • A broad range of administrative duties across multiple departmental functions
  • Data entry, purchase orders, daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, contract labour claims and invoicing, vendor claims and invoicing contractor review meetings.

About you:

  • 3+ years’ experience in high level administrative roles or proven experience in secretarial administration
  • Excellent attention to detail, be responsive, enthusiastic, innovative and a self-motivated person
  • A can-do attitude and are keen to work with the Mining Team in a dynamic environment
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Skills, (experience with SAP is preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and the ability to meet deadlines
  • A certificate IV in Business Administration will be viewed favourably

This role is ideal for someone seeking part-time hours, Monday to Friday.
