Tours Supervisor

The Tours Supervisor oversees daily tour operations at The Star, ensuring guests receive an engaging, informative, and high-quality experience while visiting the Dallas Cowboys World Headquarters. This role supervises tour guides/ambassadors, coordinates tour schedules, ensures safety and service standards, and supports operational efficiency for public and group tours. Will report directly to the Tours Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support Tour Ambassadors or Tour Guides.

  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training team members.

  • Monitor employee performance and provide coaching.

  • Ensure tours start on time and follow the approved route.

  • Coordinate schedules, staffing levels, and tour capacity.

  • Monitor tour flow and guest movement throughout the facility.

  • Ensure guests receive exceptional hospitality and service.

  • Resolve guest concerns or complaints during tours.

  • Maintain a welcoming and professional environment.

  • Ensure guest safety during tours and while moving through the facility.

  • Enforce operational policies and venue guidelines.

  • Assist with reporting, scheduling, and communication with leadership.

  • Help coordinate group tours, VIP tours, and special events.

  • Ensure tour materials and equipment are prepared and maintained.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (hospitality, sports management, tourism, or related field).

  • 2–4 years of experience in hospitality, tourism, attractions, or guest services.

  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

  • Strong communication and public speaking skills.

  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and event days
