What this role is all about:
As Total Rewards Intern, you will be working within the Total Rewards team, supporting them in the compensation & benefits scope, covering all departments and countries. You will have the opportunity to help deliver a diverse and competitive benefits program to Infobip's employees with your excellent administrative and organizational skills as well as your keen attention-to-detail.
This role will provide valuable experience in communication directly with internal stakeholders (employees), as well as externally with relevant benefits providers and institutions. You will also be able to sharpen your analytical skills and gain experience with global total rewards processes.
What you’ll do:
Benefits Management
- Develop and administer employee benefits programs.
- Collaborate with benefits providers, handle enrollment processes, communicate with finance teams, update SharePoint sites.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding benefits offerings, eligibility, coverage, and claims, providing timely and accurate information.
Compensation Management
- Generate regular reports in the benchmarking tool on compensation data, including salary benchmarks, market trends, and internal analysis.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Collect and analyze benefits data to provide insights for decision-making.
- Prepare simple reports and presentations on benefits metrics, trends for team members and other stakeholders.
- Assist in analyzing benefits costs and effectiveness, identifying opportunities for program enhancements or cost-saving measures.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Serve as a point of contact for employees seeking guidance on benefits-related matters, providing clear explanations and instructions
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders, such as team members, POP colleagues and employees, to understand their total rewards needs and ensure effective collaboration.
What makes you a strong fit:
- Fourth or fifth year student of a relevant field of study such as Economics, Human Resources or Business studies and you can work full time (40 hours per week).
- You have the affinity towards compensation & benefits, human resources operations, etc.
- You have the affinity towards organization and documentation.
- You are persistent and solution oriented.
- You are fluent in English – both written and spoken.
- You are willing to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.
- You are curious and digitally savvy, with an interest in using AI tools and automation to optimize processes and improve the way we work.
- You are available to start with internship on July 6th, 2026.
- You hold valid student rights from „Studentski Centar“ throughout the entire internship period (6 months).
Internship timeline:
- CV screening & Interview with Talent Acquisition (During April & May)
- Recruitment task (home assignments) (During May & June)
- Interview with Hiring team and selection process feedback (June)
- Start of internship program (July 6th)
- Orientation week in Zagreb Infobip campus (July 6th - 10th)
- Working with the mentor and within a team (July - January)
- End of the Internship program (January)
