**This is a hybrid position that requires 2 days per week in office at our Chicago location**

The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for supporting a high volume of low-complexity onboarding cases for new clients using Syndigo’s syndication platform. This role serves as a primary point of contact for our syndication essentials onboarding engagements, ensuring clients are successfully set up and guided to the appropriate training resources.

The Onboarding Specialist focuses on executing defined onboarding processes efficiently and consistently, with an emphasis on responsiveness, accuracy, and customer experience. With support and guidance from senior team members, this role helps accelerate clients’ Time to First Value (TTFV) while ensuring clients feel confident in their abilities to successfully work with the Syndigo platform and syndicate to their designated recipients.

Typical onboarding timelines range from 4 to 6 weeks.

HOW WE’LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY

  • Serve as the primary onboarding contact syndication clients
  • Set up client accounts in Syndigo’s syndication platform following documented processes
  • Guide clients through onboarding via email and virtual meetings
  • Direct clients to standard training materials and self-service resources
  • Track onboarding progress and maintain accurate documentation in Salesforce and Churn Zero
  • Identify basic issues or risks and escalate more complex topics appropriately
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Support, Product, Commercial) as needed
  • Meet defined SLAs and productivity targets for case volume and timelines

WE SHOULD TALK IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU 

  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service, onboarding, or technology-related roles
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Bookings)
  • Salesforce experience preferred, but not required
  • Churn Zero experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
  • Curiosity and aptitude for learning technology or SaaS platforms
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization and time management in a high-volume environment
  • Ability to follow defined processes and workflows
  • Comfortable asking questions and seeking guidance

Your individual compensation within the budgeted salary range is determined based on your skills, education, experience, and internal equity.

Budgeted Salary Range is:
$58,000$62,000 USD
