As a Total Rewards Analyst, you will provide functional expertise and specialized administration of compensation & benefits. You will own and deliver continuous improvement, vendor management, operational reporting, and service management.

What you will do:

  • Execute compensation & benefits administration activities and processes; follow all HR Operations policies and procedures to ensure effective employee and manager support ensuring adherence to data privacy and related controls.

  • Administer bonus/incentive-based pay processing and ad-hoc payments.

  • Manage Leave of Absence process to ensure timely and accurate adjustments required to compensation and benefits.

  • Administer merit processing, job reclassifications, compensation statements/adjustments, off cycle salary increases and market pricing.

  • Administer benefits including eligibility audits, new hire and annual benefits enrollment, new enrollment audits, termination, and life event changes, benefits accounting, and benefit appeals process.

  • Provide analysis and metrics on enrollment and other Compensation or Benefits area to Total Rewards CoE or other stakeholder group.

  • Manage retirement, retiree database, retirement plan administration, quality control audits oversight, and implementation on plan design changes.

  • Assist with audits to ensure accuracy of data in reports and data transmissions to third party vendors; collaborate with business systems counterparts for assessment and correction of discrepancies.

  • Interface with Business HR and CoE to continuously improve compensation & benefits administration processes, procedures, and technologies.

  • Supports employees' movement which includes activities required to process a promotion, demotion, manager change, lateral move or a transfer request within a country.

  • Completes job evaluation requests

  • Respond to escalated inquiries and other stakeholders by providing information regarding LOA policies and guidelines.

  • Manage and oversee the execution of leave processes and programs from end-to-end, including inquiry support for sensitive issues.

What you will bring:

  • University Degree or equivalent experience in a related field

  • 1-2 years direct total rewards experience

  • Proficient use of advanced Excel

  • English and Mandarin fluency, read, written and spoken (this role require support for China)

  • Prior experience with personal and sensitive data management processes

  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information and maintain objectivity under pressure.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
