The Corporate and Investment Banking Talent and Development (T&D) team drives the identification, development, and retention of the talent that underpins success across the Corporate Bank, Investment Bank and CB/IB Operations and Control (CBIBOC). Working in a collaborative, high-impact environment, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering strategic talent initiatives, with a strong focus on CBIBOC while also contributing to cross-divisional, global initiatives.

You will be part a dynamic and supportive team and partner with senior leaders and HR colleagues to design and execute targeted development solutions that strengthen leadership capability, build critical skills, and support business transformation.

Your key responsibilities

  • Design and deliver T&D interventions for CB/IB Ops and Control, aligned to business priorities and future skills, and manage end-to-end divisional and cross-divisional talent projects with strong stakeholder engagement

  • Partner with senior stakeholders, HR, and external stakeholders to identify skill gaps, set development priorities, and implement sustainable talent solutions

  • Act as a trusted advisor on T&D methodologies, solutions, and change management, resolving T&D-related queries across the division

  • Front targeted leadership development, coaching, and team effectiveness initiatives

  • Support T&D-focused people processes, including priority setting, talent reviews, development planning, and People Survey activities, and drive engagement with consistent T&D solutions

  • Contribute to bank-wide Talent Development initiatives, delivering training and participating in cross-divisional or functional working groups

Your skills and experience

  • Proven Talent and Development practitioner with global/matrixed experience in coaching, training delivery, and senior-level facilitation

  • Strong program/project manager skilled in delivering cross-divisional initiatives

  • Strong analytical ability, using data to inform findings, measure impact, and enhance delivery

  • Experienced in designing and facilitating workshops and capability-building initiatives

  • Able to work independently under pressure and communicate clearly with senior audiences

  • Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with added strength in AI tools, digital learning tools and platforms
