ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Documenting standard operating procedures for major total rewards processes such as benefits enrollment, 401(k), ESPP, etc.
- Lead total rewards team projects from end to end such as intranet cleanup, policy cleanup, process improvement activities, etc.
- Assist with year-end processes including auditing information.
- Support compensation in calculating, submitting, and documenting incentive pay for employees.
- Organize and set up job description library.
- Organize internal team shared files and determine significance of content.
- Support the management of total rewards mailbox.
- Assist in day to day activities to improve efficiency of team.
- Support and own standard total rewards communications sent to employees.
- Supports ad-hoc HR projects as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in compensation and/or benefits.
- Experience leading small projects required.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
- Experience with Workday.
- Experience documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs), preferred.

- Strong organizational skills and able to prioritize tasks to meet all deadlines.
- Ability to balance multiple ambiguous projects concurrently.
