Position Summary
In your role as a Tool Hookup Mechanican Project Manager, you'll be responsible for coordinating between the design team, subcontractors, system owners and Equipment Engineering staff to ensure electrical/mechanical prefabrication installation progresses to plan and to design.Role and Responsibilities
Here's what you'll be responsible for:
Providing guidance to Facilities Services personnel, and serving in a supervisory capacity in a team representative role for Projects / IT upgrades in Tool Hookup.
Assisting Facilities Services Tool Hookup team with DX (Digital Transformation) projects.
Partnering with Line Planning team members and tool hook up design to maintain site mechanical drawings.
Coordinating with contract designers to execute design packages as needed.
Overseeing tool installs, laterals, GCS, and electrical installations.
Reviewing and redline-ing design packages prior to IFC.
Writing Technical Reports and presenting on project closeout reporting.
Developing and modifying site specifications to align with ongoing site improvements.
Developing software testing & validation procedures, programming & documentation for Facilities Services.
Participating in future scenario planning support including schedule forecasting, reporting, and infrastructure utility studies
Interpreting AutoCAD tool designs, and interacting closely with Unit Parts, GCS, PCS, H&S, CRT and Line Planning.
Collecting and verifying Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data.
Skills and Qualifications
Here's what you'll need:
2 or 4 year degree (required)
2+ years of experience in Project Management of semiconductor facility support and/or IT Infra, System Engineering, Automation Engineering, System Development
Experience managing and leading projects including design, specification, and construction administration.
Knowledge of electronic equipment, computer hardware, computer software; including applications and programming.
Working knowledge of OSHA standards, IBC and other codes and standards applicable to industrial facility design and construction.
Familiarity with design and installation of facility equipment, or design and construction of industrial buildings.
Proficiency in 2D AutoCAD, Proficiency in 3D AutoCAD is a plus
