LEVEL I
- Estimated annual base pay: $62,000.00(minimum) - $81,000.00(midpoint) - $99,000.00(maximum)
LEVEL II
- Estimated annual base pay: $75,000.00(minimum) - $97,000.00(midpoint) - $120,000.00(maximum)

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Quality Inspections: Perform routine inspections of products and processes to ensure adherence to established quality standards.
- Document Inspection Results: Accurately record and maintain detailed reports of quality assessments and findings.
- Assist in Quality Improvement: Support senior quality engineers in implementing and monitoring quality improvement initiatives.
- Analyze Standard Issues: Utilize existing procedures to evaluate quality data and identify recurring problems.
- Maintain Quality Procedures: Follow standardized quality control procedures to achieve project objectives and meet deadlines.
Key Skills:
- Quality Assurance Procedures: Knowledgeable in executing standard quality assurance protocols to maintain product standards.
- Data Collection: Skilled in gathering relevant data for quality assessment and reporting purposes.
- Technical Documentation: Proficient in creating and maintaining detailed quality documentation and records.
- Attention to Detail: Highly attentive to identifying defects and ensuring compliance with quality specifications.
- Problem Solving: Able to apply existing procedures to troubleshoot and resolve routine quality issues.
- Communication: Effective in conveying information clearly and verifying understanding during interactions.
- Quality Standards: Familiar with industry quality standards and able to apply them in daily tasks.
- Reporting: Competent in preparing accurate and timely quality reports for review by senior staff.

Other Qualifications:
- An associate’s degree is preferred
- Aerospace manufacturing experience is highly desired
