  • Accurate and timely receipt to ensure proper credit/charge to subscriber
  • Accurate Inputting of ESN/SKU into Dax and other Databases/Systems deemed by TLC/Client
  • Accurately identify the original country of origin upon receipt
  • Types of Transactions/Product Worked, but not limited to
    • Original equipment (Salvage) devices as part of the subscriber claims
    • Customer Returns of devices Shipped to subscribers
    • Expected Returns due to reships
    • Undelivered product due to delivery failure or refusal
    • Trade In
    • Rep
  •  Inspect handsets based on customer presented malfunction or feedback and disposition following Departmental/TLC Guidelines
  • Unload/Presort/Move incoming/outgoing product throughout the facility as needed
  • Process Scrap/Accessories and Trash following Department/TLC Guidelines
  • Scan/Sort/Count/Pack/Label/Transfer product to move through the facility accurately and timely based on the needs of the business
  • Teammate will need to be prepared to lift with the standard requirements of the Department/TLC Guidelines
  • Teammate will need to be prepared to stand or sit based on the needs of the business
  • Prep product to be shipped, complete necessary shipping documents and enter information in appropriate website
  • Receive, sort and prioritize inbound orders.  Count/Check and Label incoming product and reconcile against Packing List/ASN File
  • Efficiently pick orders from specific locations with use of RF Scanner.  Having a working knowledge of the ISO standards related to Quality, Health, Safety and Environment
  • Physically pick accessories for customer orders from flow rack to shipping function
  • Prioritize/Sort/Count and Reconcile with Packing List.  Receive Product into the WMS (Dax/Client Systems)
  • Safely and Efficiently operate motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment
  • Improve and Maintain Inventory and Location Accuracy and assist in periodic cycle counts and /or physical inventories
  • Ability to take direction/communicate in English

High School Diploma/GED

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Computer literate, including ability to enter data using a keyboard
  • Detail orientation, ability to follow work instructions and guidelines
  • Maintain productivity and quality standards set by leadership
  • Must be receptive to feedback on performance issues
  • Posses problem solving skills, participate in process improvement initiatives
  • Complete other tasks as assigned by Asurion Leadership without Hesitation

  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve business goals and objectives
