Jumpstart your career as a pivotal member of our Collateral Management team, where you’ll ensure our daily operations run like clockwork by managing essential logistics and time-sensitive documents. You will gain hands-on professional experience coordinating with dealer partners and DMVs, making you the heartbeat of our administrative success. Responsibilities:  

  • Perform all duties in compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, information protection standards, and core competencies.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute all incoming mail for the Collateral Management Department.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of time-sensitive documents.
  • Complete a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, document scanning, filing, and accurate record keeping.
  • Assist with the preparation and timely distribution of outgoing mail and packages.
  • Communicate effectively to follow up on title management tasks and ensure process accuracy.
  • Conduct follow-up calls with dealer partners, DMVs, and customers to resolve issues related to undeliverable or misrouted mail.
  • Support and administer various title management processes and provide additional assistance to the team on assigned projects and tasks.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 0-1 years of experience.

Preferred Skills: 

  • Strong organizational skills – able to prioritize tasks effectively and manage high volumes of mail and documents.
  • Clear and professional communication skills – both written and verbal, with the ability to follow up promptly with internal teams, dealer partners, and external contacts.
  • Efficient and precise data entry skills – capable of maintaining accuracy while meeting deadlines.
