Lightedge is seeking a Tier 2 Backup & Disaster Recovery Engineer to support our growing managed services platform. This role is critical in troubleshooting, triaging, and supporting enterprise backup technologies for our clients. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with Veeam and Commvault, a working knowledge of AWS and Azure backup environments, and the ability to manage customer incidents calmly and effectively in fast-paced situations while maintaining strong attention to detail.
