As a Thermoform Tooling Technician, you support the thermoforming operation by maintaining, repairing, and preparing molds and trim tools. This role is a strong fit if you enjoy hands‑on mechanical work and want to grow your skills within a technical manufacturing environment. You’ll work closely with the Tooling Supervisor and Leads to ensure equipment is safe, reliable, and ready for production
Performs basic maintenance, cleaning, and repair of molds and trim tools.
Installs and removes molds and tooling for production needs.
Operates forming and trimming equipment safely and correctly.
Troubleshoots simple equipment or tooling issues and reports concerns promptly.
Completes required documentation and follows inspection procedures.
Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Assists team members with repair tasks and general shop duties.
Follows all company safety, quality, and operational guidelines.
Demonstrates a positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
Possesses basic mechanical ability and comfort using hand tools.
Communicates clearly and follows written and verbal instructions.
Able to use basic measuring tools such as gauges or micrometers.
Able to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods.
Comfortable working around oils, grease, and common shop materials.
Holds a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Compensation: $26 hourly plus shift differential
Work Schedule: 7:00pm–7:00am following a 2‑2‑3 schedule (every other weekend off!)
