How you will make impact:

• Performing the routine, type and special tests and preparing the test reports of distribution transformers according to IEC 60076, IEEE C57.12.00 standards and customer specifications.

• Reviewing customer specifications and identifying the requirements.

• Following up on the calibration and maintenance of test equipment and prepare the transformer test programs and test laboratory schedules.

• Executing customer-witnessed Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).

• Initiating, managing, and tracking Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for the identified non-conformances.

• Knowledge and experience about ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Laboratory Management System to support and ensure management system requirements.

• Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external & internal regulations, procedures & guidelines.

Your background:

• University degree in Electrical Engineering, MSc degree in engineering is preferred.

• Min. 2 years of experience in Transformer testing engineering fields.

• Having experience in Quality & Laboratory Management Systems and having experience in measuring equipment and calibration.

• Strong interpersonal & communication skills, action-oriented, motivated, attention to detail, commitment to excellence, and flexibility.

• Adaptable to flexible working hours, based test programs.

• Very good command of written and spoken English and Turkish.
