Raytheon is seeking a Test Equipment Sr Program Manager to support the StormBreaker Program with the Air & Space Defense Systems (ASDS) SBU.
This is an onsite position located in Tucson, AZ. Relocation is not available.
What You Will Do:
Coordinate internal Raytheon scope with product operations, engineering, supply chain, quality, business finance, contracts, risk management, test equipment, finance, planning, security, cyber and DT.
Conduct Regular teleconferences with United States Government (USG) Integrated Project Team Leads ITPL, Production Program Manager, and USG Production Engineering Lead (Chief Engineer) to discuss execution status.
Conduct Monthly cost and schedule management and reporting (internally and externally), clear distribution of Management Reserve (MR) through robust risk and opportunity management, understanding variances and course correcting the team.
Support generation and maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Master Phasing Schedule (MPS).
Conduct Internal reviews and briefings of program performance and status to contract via execution reviews and internal finance reviews Estimates at Completion (EACs).
Monitor and control contractual deliveries and data requirements.
Approve Contracts Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) prior to submission to the USG.
Participate in government-conducted meetings including Program Reviews (PRs).
Prepare for and conduct monthly Raytheon level risk & opportunity boards and other ongoing risk & opportunity reviews as needed.
Display strong communication, influence management, and presentation skills, and comfortably interact with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels of leadership.
Qualifications We Require:
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 7 years’ experience.
Prior program/project management experience.
Experience managing, tracking, and/or reporting metrics through EAC reviews.
Experience leading profit and loss of DoW contracts as a program manager or functional leader.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. issued secret security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Active Secret security clearance.
Experience overseeing test equipment development and/or upgrade.
Technical acumen with Electro-Optical Sensors, Environmental Testing, GPS receivers, JTAG, and Factory test software
Raytheon Program Management certification at level 4, or ability to achieve within 6 months.
Experience working government programs (large/complex) with direct customer interfaces, both internal and external, including Industry Partners.
Experience with financial analysis tools and project management tools and/or systems.
Experience balancing technical, cost, and schedule constraints.
Prior experience supporting development, production, and/or sustainment programs, preferably in the aerospace and defense industry.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
