WHAT YOU'LL DO:

The Territory Manager will be responsible for providing service and developing sales in the Truro, NS area and surrounding areas. This person will also be responsible for acquiring new clients in accordance with the regional strategy and sector growth plans, as well as ensuring preventive maintenance, emergency service, and installation support as needed in the territory. The Territory Manager will also need to develop relationships with distributors for assigned accounts in the dishwashing and laundry sectors.

Main Responsibilities:

You will develop sales with existing clientele and acquire new accounts according to regional strategy.

You will ensure preventive maintenance, emergency service, and installation support in the territory.

You will develop sales representatives of assigned distributors in the washing/laundry sector.

You will manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce and execute the support plan for global and national accounts.

You will ensure the territory's financial performance and train key customer teams

You will launch new products and promotions with assigned accounts.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

You must be a resident of the Truro, NS area or surrounding areas

High school diploma or equivalent

Proficiency in computer tools (email, Microsoft Office)

Valid driver's license

Ability to move objects up to 16 kg and work in confined spaces

Experience in technical equipment maintenance

Professionalism, business acumen, and autonomy

Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills

Customer service orientation and negotiation skills

Ability to plan, measure, and manage work independently

Energy, passion, and ability to influence

Flexibility for evening and weekend hours as needed

Desired Qualifications:

Sales experience

Experience with Salesforce
