As a Territory Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth across the Greater Lisbon area, building trusted partnerships with healthcare professionals and ensuring our innovative solutions reach the patients who need them most. This is a field based sales role where autonomy, ownership and impact go hand in hand, giving you the opportunity to shape your territory while being fully supported by a collaborative regional team.
What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for developing and growing your territory across the Lisbon region, managing relationships with hospitals and key decision makers, and delivering sustainable sales results. Your days will be varied and dynamic, balancing strategic planning with hands on customer engagement. You will work closely with clinical teams, procurement and internal colleagues to deliver value based solutions, support complex procedures when needed, and ensure Smith+Nephew is seen as a trusted long term partner.

A proven ability to plan, prioritise and manage a sales territory independently
Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage clinical and non clinical stakeholders
A learning mindset with the curiosity to understand products, competitors and customer needs
Fluency in English and the flexibility to travel extensively within the territory
