Territory Account Manager (H/F)

What you will do :
As a Territory Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing a strong partner network across your assigned territory, driving sales growth and market presence for Sensormatic solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to both partners and end-customers, ensuring adoption of solutions and achieving business targets through strategic engagement and long-term relationship building.

How you will do it :
• Design, deploy, and execute the territory partner plan in line with EMEA Indirect strategy.
• Identify, recruit, onboard, and develop partners (Gold, Silver, Authorized) with tailored growth plans.
• Engage directly with retailers and end-users to generate opportunities and provide solution guidance.
• Manage the full sales cycle: opportunity identification, negotiation, closing, and recurring partner orders.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Sensormatic solutions, presenting ROI and business value.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and partner/customer needs to adjust strategies.
• Report on sales performance, pipeline, and forecast regularly using CRM tools.

What we look for :
• 10+ years of professional experience in account management or business development.
• Proven track record managing wide and diverse geographical territories.
• Strong customer focus with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions and cultures.
• Solution-oriented mindset with strategic planning and follow-through capabilities.
• Experience in indirect sales, retail, or loss prevention is a plus.
• Fluent in English and willing to travel frequently
