Job Description:

Parsons are seeking a Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC) – Logistics Saudi National to oversee temporary works design coordination, site logistics planning, and safe execution of temporary structures and access systems for a major airfield infrastructure project.

This role is essential for ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant temporary works operations on a high-intensity construction site.

What You'll Be Doing;

  • Manage and coordinate temporary works designs, approvals, inspections, and permits.
  • Ensure that all temporary access roads, platforms, scaffolding, shoring, and lifting plans comply with standards.
  • Maintain the Temporary Works Register and ensure all approvals are in place before use.
  • Coordinate site logistics including access routes, laydown areas, traffic management, and material movement.
  • Work with contractors to ensure safe and efficient logistics operations.
  • Implement risk assessments, method statements, and safety permits for temporary works.
  • Conduct inspections to validate compliance with engineering standards and HSE requirements.

What Required Skills You'll Bring;

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years experience in temporary works coordination, logistics management, or site engineering.
  • Experience with large civil, aviation, or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of BS 5975 (or equivalent) temporary works procedures.
  • Excellent coordination, planning, and site management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple contractors and logistics operations simultaneously.
  • Certification as TWC/TWS is an advantage.
  • Experience with airport airside logistics.
  • Knowledge of digital permits and site logistics planning tools.
