[What the role is]
The Finance Department is looking for temporary staff to provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth processing of student-related financial and enrolment matters.
[What you will be working on]
Job Responsibilities:
- Financial Processing: Handle financial schemes and aid applications, including Tuition Grant forms, IBG applications, and Opportunity Fund applications. Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding documentation.
- Customer Service: Respond to enquiries from students and parents, and follow up on unresolved matters promptly.
- Enrolment Support: Assist with enrolment tasks such as checking submissions, data entry, preparing and sending follow-up letters, and batching forms for relevant organisations.
- Collection & Receipting: Support collection and receipting duties as required.
- Administrative Support: Perform other administrative tasks and participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication skills for handling enquiries and follow-ups.
