Functional (job responsibilities)

Greet and serve customers through the bank counter with standard services and be confidential with the customer’s information.
Handle cash, fund transfers, cheque issuing and clearing, foreign currency buying and selling, account close and other frontline transactions.
Perform end of day cash balancing and vouchers.
Perform filling for all documents on frontline transactions.
Ensure the fast service with accuracy for customers
Mange customer waiting time with a standard turnaround time
Perform a cross sale banking products to customers
Assist the supervisor to provide satisfactory banking services and operations support to all external and internal customers.
Ensure all process and transaction are fully complied with SOP and Policy
Perform ad-hoc job assignment, which shall be assigned by Line Manager

Experience/Requirements

1-year experience in the banking as a Teller or fresh graduated student
Good knowledge in banking with operations, customer and services
Experience in dealing with customers
Good planning, organization, interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Work independently with a Numeric and analytical skill
Conscious of details and accuracy
English is proficiency
