You're an associate therapist in the Springfield area — LSW or LPC — who wants a remote caseload, free supervision, and work that has real impact. Springfield is underserved when it comes to quality youth mental health care, and our school district partners in Central Illinois need strong clinicians.

The Work
Provide evidence-based teletherapy to students in Illinois school districts. Collaborate with school counselors, support families with psychoeducation, and participate in a close-knit clinical team with regular case consultations.
What You Need
- Active LSW or LPC in Illinois (required — pre-licensure applicants cannot be considered)
- Comfort with telehealth and EHR platforms
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with youth and families
- Availability Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings
Preferred
- CBT, DBT, or related modality experience
- School or youth clinical background
- Active NPI and CAQH
