Location/Division Specific Information:
The position operates within the site’s technical/maintenance department, ensuring the proper functioning of systems supporting production, in compliance with company SOPs, GMP regulations, and safety standards. The role involves continuous interaction with internal departments and external technical service providers.

How Will You Make an Impact?:
You will contribute by ensuring the efficiency and reliability of systems through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities, responding promptly to faults even during production phases. You will also support continuous improvement by proposing definitive solutions to recurring issues and optimizing equipment downtime and restart times.

A Day in the Life:
Example 1: Start-up and verification of facility systems, monitoring consumables, and managing scheduled maintenance activities through the maintenance management system.
Example 2: Troubleshooting a system failure during production, coordinating with the Team Leader, and collaborating with external technicians to quickly restore operations.
Example 3: Analyzing recurring issues, proposing improvement solutions, and implementing actions to reduce equipment downtime.


Education: (NA or APAC)
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Education: (EMEA)
High School Diploma, Secondary Education, Advanced Certificate, or equivalent. (***If a Degree or specific Apprenticeship or Technical Certification is required please modify the first sentence and add the specifics here***)

Experience:
Required: Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field
Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment
Preferred: Experience working in a clean room environment (Remove if not relevant)
Preferred: Experience testing complex electromechanical systems (Remove if not relevant)

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Example 1: Strong knowledge of GMP and safety regulations, with the ability to operate in compliance with company SOPs and use maintenance management and IT systems effectively.
Example 2: Solid technical background, including the ability to read pneumatic diagrams (and electrical diagrams as a plus), with knowledge of thermodynamics, water treatment, freeze-drying, and sterilization processes.
Example 3: High level of precision and organizational skills, ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously, collaborate with internal teams and external service providers, and proactively propose solutions to recurring technical issues.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment
The role is based in a production/manufacturing environment and involves working directly on facility systems and equipment. It may require operating during established company working hours, intervening on systems during production phases, and coordinating on-site activities with external technical personnel, in full compliance with safety regulations.
