The Manager, Technology Solutions devises an effective strategy for executing and delivering on IT business initiatives. The Manager, Technology Solutions works within specific guidelines and procedures; applies advanced technical knowledge to solve moderately complex problems; receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines approach, resources, schedules and goals.
What You'll Do:
· Lead with vision: Inspire and empower a high-performing team to deliver results in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
· Solve complex challenges: Apply deep technical acumen to navigate issues across mainframe systems and modern cloud-based technologies.
· Drive operational excellence: Oversee incident management processes, vendor coordination, and Agile Release Train (ART) initiatives.
· Champion continuous improvement: Advance SAFe and Agile maturity, optimize workflows, and ensure strategic alignment through KPIs and OKRs.
· Elevate team performance: Set clear expectations, coach proactively, and ensure accountability so that each team member delivers on commitments and contributes to shared outcomes.
The Manager, Technology Solutions acts as a liaison and collaborates with the business, product, and functional stakeholders to identify and deliver strategic enablement solutions. Decisions are typically related to resources, approach, and tactical operations for projects and initiatives involving own departmental area. Requires cross departmental collaboration and conducts briefings and area meetings; maintains frequent contact with other managers across the department.

This role is strongly preferred to be in Louisville, KY but open to all locations. If located in Louisville, KY you will be hybrid office up to 3 days per week based on team collaboration.
This is role has up to 10% travel which will be pre-planned if needed based on business need.
In this role you will report to an Associate Vice President.
Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.Scheduled Weekly Hours
