As a Technology People Lead in our Fraud and FinCrime team, you will play a key role in building a high performing and positive culture. This is a 12-month fixed term role where you will ensure our people have the support, development, and leadership they need to thrive. Ko tō mahi | What you’ll do
Lead and develop a high performing team, supporting their career growth and wellbeing
Coordinate talent management and workforce planning, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive work environment
Collaborate with stakeholders across Technology and the wider business to deliver effective people strategies
Coach and mentor team members, driving cultural transformation and change
Manage resource allocation and talent pipelines, with a focus on diverse technology talent
Develop and implement technology frameworks and processes, ensuring alignment across teams
Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring?
At least five years’ experience managing technical professionals
Proven leadership experience with large teams Experience in recruitment and managing the full employee lifecycle
Strong coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills
Ability to develop and grow high performing people, providing clarity and maximising performance
Subject matter expertise in the relevant technology practice area is preferred
A collaborative approach and a passion for creating a positive, healthy, and safe working environment
