Mō te Tūranga | About the Role

As a Technology People Lead in our Fraud and FinCrime team, you will play a key role in building a high performing and positive culture. This is a 12-month fixed term role where you will ensure our people have the support, development, and leadership they need to thrive. Ko tō mahi | What you’ll do

  • Lead and develop a high performing team, supporting their career growth and wellbeing

  • Coordinate talent management and workforce planning, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding 

  • Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive work environment 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Technology and the wider business to deliver effective people strategies 

  • Coach and mentor team members, driving cultural transformation and change 

  • Manage resource allocation and talent pipelines, with a focus on diverse technology talent 

  • Develop and implement technology frameworks and processes, ensuring alignment across teams

Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring?

  • At least five years’ experience managing technical professionals

  • Proven leadership experience with large teams Experience in recruitment and managing the full employee lifecycle

  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills

  • Ability to develop and grow high performing people, providing clarity and maximising performance

  • Subject matter expertise in the relevant technology practice area is preferred

  • A collaborative approach and a passion for creating a positive, healthy, and safe working environment
