Job Description

What You Will Do:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to support U.S. and international payroll operations. This role is ideal for someone who has strong technical payroll expertise, especially in Workday.

You will play a key role in ensuring accurate payroll processing, maintaining compliance, and supporting ongoing payroll operations and improvements.

  • Process US multi-state and international payrolls with a focus on Brazil payroll

  • Execute accurate and timely payroll cycles, including off-cycles, adjustments, and bonuses

  • Prepare and manage post-payroll reconciliations.

  • Partner with ADP SmartCompliance to resolve tax notices and ensure accurate agency filings

  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and international payroll regulations

  • Support Workday payroll processes (no configuration required)

  • Collaborate with CPE (HR), Finance, and external vendors to resolve payroll issues

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance payroll accuracy and efficiency

What You Will Need:

  • 10+ years of overall payroll experience (processing, audits, reporting)

  • 5+ years of Experience of using Workday HCM

  • Experience preparing post-payroll reconciliations

  • Strong knowledge of US and Brazil payroll laws, tax filings, and statutory requirements

  • Hands-on experience with ADP SmartCompliance

  • Strong Excel skills

  • High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and strong problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across HR, Finance, and global teams

  • 5+ years of Brazil payroll experience

  • Demonstrated history of process automation and continuous improvement in a global payroll environment.

  • Advanced Workday reporting skills

  • Strong compliance mindset with solid tax regulation understanding
