Overview
 

As a Change Management leader on our eDiscovery Services team, you will strengthen the Bank’s eDiscovery operations by continuously improving workflows and updating procedures as business needs and applications evolve. You will promote long-term readiness by designing training, creating clear documentation, and delivering change communications that help stakeholders adopt new processes confidently. You will assist and provide guidance into the eDiscovery Disposal program and custodial legal hold process to ensure timely implementation, defensible execution, and cross-functional support for litigation, regulatory, and investigative requirements. As the primary contact for audits and regulatory inquiries, you will drive defensible closure of findings and reinforce operational excellence by maintaining and enhancing the internal controls program—evaluating effectiveness, identifying gaps, and implementing improvements.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive continuous improvement by enhancing eDiscovery workflows and refining procedures to keep pace with business needs and application upgrades

  • Enable enterprise readiness by delivering training, documentation, and change communications, and by helping the eDiscovery Disposal program and custodial legal hold process to ensure timely, defensible execution with cross-functional support

  • Serve as the primary contact for audit inquiries, ensuring the team is prepared for audit reviews and that stakeholders remain aligned throughout the process

  • Oversee audit findings and remedial actions end-to-end by defining defensible closure steps, documenting progress, providing status updates, validating completion, and ensuring all closures are auditable

  • Maintain and enhance the internal controls program by assessing effectiveness, identifying gaps, and implementing improvements

  • Ensure compliance with internal control standards through review of reports, operational practices, and process documentation

How You’ll Lead

  • Partner with Legal to align eDiscovery workflow changes, legal hold/disposal execution, and defensibility standards to litigation, regulatory, and investigative requirements

  • Influence Technology teams and eDiscovery process owners to translate application upgrades and process changes into clear procedures, training, and communications that drive adoption and measurable process improvement

  • Partner with Group Audit and internal control team stakeholders to maintain audit readiness, drive findings through timely and auditable closure, and strengthen the controls environment across eDiscovery Services

Skills You’ll Need

  • Extensive eDiscovery experience and ACEDs certified

  • Extensive Microsoft skills

  • Proven experience working with eDiscovery processing and review applications

  • Proven experience in Boolean search techniques, including advanced keyword, wildcard, proximity, and stem searching methodologies

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in eDiscovery, change management, audit, and/or risk management

  • Proactive Independent Work and Decision Making: Self-motivated and able to work independently, exercising objective judgment and making independent decisions

  • Risk Focus: A strong understanding of risk with the ability to ask questions, raise issues, and escalate concerns quickly and confidently

  • Continuous Improvement: Growth mindset, desire for continuous upskilling, and result orientation with the ability to deliver under tight timelines with a high attention to detail. JD is preferred

Expectations

It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York City office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $125,000 to $222,500. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
