The Lead, Technology Solutions serves as a liaison and collaborates with business and functional stakeholders to identify and deliver strategic enablement solutions. This individual will be directly involved in coding, designing technical architecture, and implementing solutions using cutting-edge AI tools, automation, and API integration to enhance user experience and transform care delivery for patients and clinicians.
Technical Expertise and Leadership
1. Demonstrated ability to actively participate in hands-on coding and technical solution development, while also guiding and mentoring team members.
2. Comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and Release Management.
3. Proficiency in developing automations to optimize workflows and processes.
4. Expertise in translating business requirements into technical specifications, architectural design, and implementation, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and industry-leading innovations.
5. Proven hands on experience in learning and adopting new technologies, and successfully applying them in full stack engineering practices.
Driving Innovation
1. Ability to embrace and adapt to change, utilizing AI, data, APIs, and the Salesforce ecosystem to drive innovation.
2. Strong focus on simplifying ways of working through automation, DevOps, LowCode/NoCode solutions, and feature flags within the SDLC. 3. Demonstrated experience in implementing secure and scalable architectural solutions for highly regulated environments.
Establishing Standards
1. Proficiency in SDLC processes. Expertise in enterprise data management, architecture, API development, and tool selection.
2.Advanced understanding of Agile methodologies. Experience with workflow design tools such as Lucid, Miro, and Visio.

1. Strategic perspective to connect initiatives across the enterprise, with a focus on advancing patient care objectives.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to influence, articulate, and drive change within scrum teams.
