About the team
Data Integrity Management (DIM)
DIM is an enterprise-wide reconciliation tool designed to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across multiple systems and processes. It provides automated reconciliation capabilities to identify and resolve data breaks, ensuring that financial and operational data remain aligned. DIM supports data governance by enforcing controls, monitoring data flows, and delivering transparency across the organization. This enables timely issue resolution, regulatory compliance, and trusted information for decision-making.
What you will be doing:
- You will formulate and define system scope and objectives through research and fact finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.
- You will elicit, analyze, communicate and validate business/user & technology requirements for processes, policies and information systems.
- You will translate business needs/end-user requirements into functional specifications that describe what the system, process or product/service must do to fulfil the end-user/business requirements
- You will translate technical requirements into specifications that describe what the system, process or service must do to fulfil the technical requirements e.g. connectivity, integrations etc
- You will complete application acceptance, validate, modify and test configuration work and business workflow requirements
- You will support technical deployment of solutions as per target design including supporting baseline solution deployment, integration deployment and testing working closely with FIS hosting teams in successful delivery to FIS clients
- You will be delivering high quality solutions for implementations, conversions, migrations, upgrades and integration projects.
What you bring:
- Domain expertise in the financial services industry and in-depth knowledge of accounting reconciliation processes
- Proven BA / Consultation experience
- Knowledge of related products and services, ideally experience supporting and leading implementations on DIM projects, or other reconciliation platforms
- Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles, i.e., waterfall, agile, iterative and other modern approaches to software development
- Proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition disciplines leveraging model driven design based tools and techniques including conceptual solution component models, business process models, use cases, etc.
- Systems analysis to understand how solutions connect to wider client ecosystems and architecture
- Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external clients
- Able to work to tight timelines, be commercially aware, and have the ability to work well within a team structure and independently
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work efforts
- Willingness to travel (25% to 50%)
