The Technology & AI Adoption Communications Lead is responsible for ensuring that Technology and AI transformation across Industrial Print is understood, trusted, adopted, and reused

This critical role will help design adoption, using marketing techniques such as storytelling, using technology to measure employee’s sentiment and adoption.

Treating internal technology and AI as a product instead of a program will design practices to drive awareness, confidence and ability in our employee base to Make AI and Technology transformation feel obvious, valuable, and self‑evident to employees—so adoption happens naturally.

This role ensures that employees understand what exists, why it matters to their role, how to use it, and how success is measured, without relying on heavy broadcast communications. The outcome is pull‑based adoption, not push‑based change.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio‑as‑a‑Product Positioning

  • Treat the AI, Tech, and Low‑Code portfolio as an internal product portfolio, with clear value propositions per role and function.
  • Define portfolio messaging, narratives, and positioning, focused on “what problem does this solve for me?”.
  • Ensure consistent framing across tools, processes, demos, dashboards, and user touchpoints.

Adoption Strategy & Behavioral Design

  • Design adoption journeys using marketing and product‑led growth techniques (discovery, activation, habit formation).
  • Replace one‑time communications with continuous, contextual nudges embedded in tools, workflows, and knowledge hubs.
  • Partner with IPSEO to make adoption a designed system, not an afterthought.

Role‑Based Storytelling & Use‑Case Packaging

  • Translate complex AI and technology concepts into simple, role‑based stories and scenarios.
  • Package use cases as “products”: who it’s for, when to use it, expected value, and proof points.
  • Ensure teams see real examples from peers, not abstract strategy.

Internal Marketing & Campaigns (Without Noise)

  • Run lightweight, high‑impact internal campaigns (launches, feature drops, success stories) using marketing principles—not mass emails.
  • Leverage scarcity, relevance, social proof, and storytelling to drive curiosity and engagement.
  • Ensure communication is pull‑driven and demand‑led, not broadcast‑heavy.

Knowledge Experience & Portfolio Visibility

  • Shape the AI & Tech knowledge experience as a single, trusted “entry point” for the organization.
  • Ensure clarity on:
  • What tools are approved
  • What patterns exist
  • What is reusable
  • What is experimental vs scalable
  • Partner closely with Low‑Code/No‑Code and AI Portfolio roles to make knowledge usable, not academic.

Measurement & Feedback Loops

  • Define and track adoption metrics (usage, reuse, time returned to business, sentiment).
  • Use data and feedback to continuously refine messaging, positioning, and experience.
  • Make adoption and understanding visible and measurable, not anecdotal.

Experience & Profile

  • Evangelize best practices, success stories, and lessons learned to drive adoption, trust, and cultural shift.
  • Proven experience driving and measuring adoption as well as employee/customer sentiment, not just awareness focused
  • Strong background in technology design and transformation in communication roles. It is a plus marketing, product marketing techniques and technology
  • Ability to simplify complex technology value into clear, value‑driven narratives per employee/role
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and shaping new internal practices.
  • Systems thinker with strong empathy for employee experience

Sales & Services Entity

What This Role Is Not

  • Not a traditional internal communications role
  • Not a change‑management program manager
  • Not focused on slide decks or broadcast emails

This role exists to design understanding and adoption as a system.
