Technology Analyst - SAP(HR) ABAP Interface

Job Description:

The Technology Analyst - SAP(HR) Interface is part of the Information Management (IM) function. He/she is responsible for the day to day management of the project management activities and deliverables of the Servicenow team, which is located within the IM Global In-house Centre (GIC). Success of this position will require strong international collaboration with global Airbus teams. A successful candidate will establish team goals by understanding the business strategy, identify and evaluate business & technical trends and choose a course of action to achieve the same. He/she will accomplish the team results/performance by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, coaching and leading the team in the right direction. 

Responsibilities: 

A Technology Analyst - SAP(HR) Interface is accountable for: 

● Operating & Monitoring a global landscape of SAP Interface 

● Ensuring Business continuity and adaptation to change (Service Requests) ● Handling direct support to data consumers 

● Providing end-to-end solutions for Machine to Machine data exchanges between systems, from innovation, delivery to reliable operations while maximizing business value. 

● Designing integrations in line with the global strategy. 

● Leveraging the technologies to insure best fit implementation of the business expectations 

● Challenging and advising the business owners to ensure consistency, operability and maintainability of the overall system. 

Qualification & Experience: 

● Degree in Computer Science. 

● Experience in SAP HR 

● Proficiency in SAP ABAP / RFC / IDoc / … 

● Good problem solving skills. 

● Exposure to Apache NiFi is a plus. 

● Exposure to integrations, migrations and transformations. 

● Familiarity with Payroll & Time integrations.

● Workday integration knowledge is a plus 

● Proficiency with SAFe framework and rituals.

● Agile solutions management suite like Version One. 

● DevOps knowledge is a plus. 

● Attention to detail. 

Preferred Skills: 

● Handling backlog activities from conception to finished product. 

● Performing testing reaching zero-default outcomes. 

● Providing level, 2 and 3 support services along with solution designing. 

● Securing Security and Data protection requirements in the frame of GDPR regulations. ● Reaching Service Level Agreements expectations. 

● Contributing to yearly product roadmap and budget needs.

The role will have the following key outputs: 

● Strong link with the Airbus Information Management organization 

● Proactive in providing guidance & inputs for the MyPulse’s product roadmap
