How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?


 

Support daily site activities for production & maintenance (building, process, equipment). Ensure safety in normal & special maintenance tasks. Perform normal preventive maintenance. Ensure Occupational Safety, Process Safety & Security for the site.


 

Main Accountabilities 1. Achieve safety, technology, budget, and construction goals by supervising the execution of acquired projects on-site. 2. Discuss and negotiate with various stakeholders on site, manage the subcontractor as the site manager of the project, and communicate with customers. 3. When technical decisions are required in on-site construction and test runs, work with the engineering and operations teams to formulate policies. 4. If there is a difference from the plan, promptly quantify it and formulate a response policy. 5. Continuously pursue methods to increase on-site productivity and formulate concrete measures 6. Report the formulated policy to the project manager, obtain approval, and then implement the policy. 7. Main tasks include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of equipment and machinery. Differentiating Criteria Supervise a team of maintenance technicians (employee/workers) : less than 10 people managed Provide technical knowledge (referent) related to maintenance activity. May be responsible for the testing, or manufacturing of products or systems.

- Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or related field - 1-3+ year experience in equipment maintenance - Experience in quality control and safety procedures
