Oversee vendor selection based on project complexity and urgency, conducts thorough cost and purchase request reviews, and ensures timely resolution of queries and on-schedule delivery of all project requirements by actively monitoring each routed PR through completion.
 

  • Responsible for thoroughly reviewing assigned NHO projects by verifying complete documentation, assessing hardware complexity, and considering relevant historical orders to ensure optimal candidate selection and project readiness.
  • Responsible for selecting vendors for RFQs based on previous performance history, project complexity, and demonstrated vendor capability.
  • Cost review
  • Routing of Ereq : All necessary items pertaining to each project should be routed in ereq.
  • Placing of order to Vendor once PO is available and files are Final and ready for build.
  • Responsible for actively monitoring project progress, ensuring all requirements are met and no outstanding queries remain unresolved. This includes regular coordination and meetings with vendors, project owners, production planning, and other relevant groups to address issues and drive timely completion.
  • Ontime delivery of each order, cycle time are met.
  • Settle of invoice , No aging invoice for payment (Softco)
