This is a leadership function that interfaces with various departments to address training needs and assist with workforce development. This
position involves administering safety & training policies, programs, and practices: specifically the planning, organizing, developing, implementing, coordinating, and facilitating training. In general, duties include formalizing process for the Human Resources Department and designing a systematic approach for organizational effectiveness.

You Will:
Develop, coordinate, and administer effective training programs
Prepare, recommend, and implement safety-related procedures
Complete corporate and site-specific technical training and safety reports
Coordinate safety-related challenges
Organize and maintain associate training records/files
All other duties as assigned
You Have:
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or safety-related degree
Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
Team Oriented and Self-motivated in all job responsibilities
Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
