Responsibilities:
Develop, design, and implement advanced technical training content and materials.
Deliver on-site and remote technical training sessions to internal and external customers.
Collaborate with product management, engineers, and program managers to gather content and ensure training accuracy.
Provide advice on technical training materials and programs.
Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to continuously improve training programs.
Develop and implement evaluation criteria to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
Maintain and update training content to ensure it remains current and relevant.
Assist in the administration and management of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in technical training or a related field.
Relevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the required educational qualifications. In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of related experience is required.
Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience.
Proficiency with e-learning development tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Experience with supporting/addressing customer training objectives.
Strong attention to detail, analytical and critical thinking skills.
Strong Avionics background, and ability to teach and mentor during Avionics training
An active Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
Qualifications We Prefer:
Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
Certification in technical training or e-learning (e.g., CPLP, ATD, CTT+).
Proficiency with Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar tools.
Essential Functions:
Ability to work on a computer for extended periods.
Ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, and in-person.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Ability to travel as required.
Ability to work in an office or hybrid environment.
