Meet the team:
As a Call Center Trainer at Dexcom, you will be responsible for the professional development of the Technical Support team in the Dexcom GBS facility. You will prepare and deliver training to the team to allow them to provide effective support for people that use Dexcom products and are affected by diabetes. Working in a dynamic environment with our small and focused team, you’ll ensure a high standard of training is delivered on a regular basis to the team. This enables them to provide troubleshooting assistance to users of Dexcom services to determine why the service, equipment or feature is inoperable and/or to troubleshoot the issues so they can use Dexcom products as intended.
Where you come in:
• You will be planning and conducting onboard training programs, new and existing policies, and essential job procedures. This includes, but not limited to, training implementation and materials preparation for each formal or informal training class.
• You will train the Technical Support team members to comply with quality standards and requirements.
• You will maintain and develop training courses within Dexcom’s E-Learning system to facilitate essential
training functions and ensure proper maintenance of the system.
• You will work closely with all team members to ensure open communications and consistency of workflow.
• You will learn about the company’s products and services, staying current with the changes
(including internal and external regulations).
You will assess the effectiveness of the training through a feedback mechanism, adjusting the course of content and delivery as and when appropriate.
You can respond to patient phone calls and emails with troubleshooting tips and specific instructions if required.
What makes you successful:
• Fluency in English, both written and oral communication.
• Proven ability to conduct and present training courses to large groups.
• Ability to develop, update training content and deliver to different types of audiences.
• Proven capability to handle challenging situations, a positive attitude with passion and drive.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including effective listening skills and ability to communicate accurately and effectively in person, over the telephone, through email and other business correspondence.
• Ability to work independently with supervision as required and as a team player within a department as well as with others.
• Desire, drive and willingness to be part of a fast-moving company.
• Fluency in additional language is an advantage.

Your primary location will be your assigned Dexcom site, but you may work part of the week from a home office. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically within an hour’s commute).

Monthly base salary for this position is from €2,202.92 to €2,721.25 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
