Organize the management of responses an solutions to technical problems transmitted by the regions (field technicians, administrations, etc...)
Attributes and delegates technical resquests, ensure timely management and documentation of requests in appropriate systems
Manage operational technical support indicators and generates monthly report
Establishes and maintains interdepartmental relationships to ensure optimal collaboration for the proper management of requests
Carry out interviews, hiring and traning of the operational team for which she or he is responsible.
What will convince us:
Engineering Degree
Experiences or knowledge in bioprocess, bio-medical and/or pharmaceutical processes
Management experience is required for this position
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders : Global Field Service and Operational teams, Quality departments
Fluency in spoken and written English (80% of exchanges and documentation are in English)
Willingness to travel occasionally.
