RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide first-line support for a wide range of technical issues, including connectivity problems, network outages, slow computer performance, and general application support.

  • Assist users with common business applications such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, Windows 11, and other company-approved software.

  • Perform software and hardware troubleshooting by analyzing reported issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective resolutions.

  • Escalate complex problems to higher-level support teams when necessary, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.

  • Document and track support requests in the service desk system to maintain accurate records and improve future response.

  • Carry out additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned to support overall IT operations and team objectives.

     

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with previous customer service experience in a call center setting will have a competitive edge.

  • Language Skills: Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin (Chinese) is required.

  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of computer operating systems and strong PC literacy.

  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service orientation. Ability to address problems efficiently and accurately.

  • Work Ethic: Demonstrates commitment, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt.

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
