Technical Support Specialist Fish

In this role you deliver support to our regional service network and customers worldwide. The job is located in Stovring (DK)
 

In this role you will closely work with innovation, product management, sales and regional service teams.
 

Main Tasks:

• Solve cases online/remotely and/or decide on follow-up actions in a timely manner, according to the escalation process. 
• Advice and inform internal stakeholders on technical solutions and case status. 
• Ensure that field service engineers’ debriefings are processed, and Customer Support is informed on follow up actions. 
• Update and/or register machine information in Installed Base Management system. 
• Identify technical improvements which can be used for potential commercial opportunities. 
• Responsible for creating and maintaining service documentation (Service Info, Service Letter and Service Notice). 
• Monitor, evaluate and coordinate reported technical feedback and identify structural issues from reported technical feedback.

The team
The Tech Support Team is a team of problem-solvers that are specialists on JBT Marel equipment. We are specialized in Slicers, Filleting machines, Robots, Network setup, PLC Systems, Servo/Inverter Systems and Safety circuits.

What kind of a person are you?

• You have an education in the electrical, mechanical or engineering, field. You are tolerant and helpful. You love to solve problems. Other helpful capabilities could include:
• Field Service experience (and other “hands on” experience) is an advantage.
• Good command of the English language. Danish is a plus.
• Located close to Støvring is preferred
• Experience with and comfort working in a multi-cultural, multi-discipline organization is an advantage
• Experience with Fish filleting machines is a big plus
