About the role
Nubank is looking for bold and results-oriented US/Canada-based Technical Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition Team. This is a full-time opportunity focused on finding and attracting the best technical talent, reporting directly to the Global Sourcing Manager.
Our Talent Acquisition team features a centralized Sourcing structure, promoting shared best practices and experiences. The team is dynamic and comfortable handling a high volume of hiring needs, one-off requisitions and engaging in talent intelligence studies. This work is driven by ambitious sourcing targets, covering reach-out messaging, conversion rates and offers extended, emphasizing both productivity and quality.
This is also an opportunity to expand scope as Nubank grows in new markets or deepens technical hiring needs, shaping the long term sourcing strategy.
You'll be responsible for
- Elevating productivity: operating with very high sourcing targets and maintaining consistent productivity across outreach, funnel progression and profile generation with full comfort in a target driven environment.
- Proactive attraction: utilizing high-volume sourcing, market mapping and talent intelligence to identify and attract top-tier technical talent for Nubank, with a primary focus on Engineering roles.
- Strategic collaboration: working closely with Recruiters, Candidate Experience, Talent Brand and Hiring Managers to execute attraction initiatives, ensuring that messaging and outreach are aligned with our global EVP.
- Geographical scope: initially concentrating on sourcing talent across US and Canada, with the potential for expansion into new regions over time.
- Metrics & reporting ownership: ownership of sourcing funnel metrics, including volume, response rates, conversion and weekly reporting to TA leadership using data to diagnose bottlenecks and adjust strategies.
- Structured experiments: designing and running experiments in messaging, sequencing and channel strategies to continuously improve sourcing efficiency
We are looking for a person who has
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical talent sourcing, preferably within a startup or fast-paced tech environment.
- Proven ability to thrive amidst ambiguity, make quick decisions and effectively manage shifting priorities.
- Ability to navigate and succeed in sourcing talent, particularly in new or highly competitive markets where talent is scarce.
- Comfort with aggressive outreach strategies, target-driven candidate conversion and achieving screening-to-offer goals. We highly value both high productivity and quality, treating them with equal importance.
- Demonstrated proficiency in sourcing talent across various geographical markets. Strong influencing skills to educate Recruiters and Hiring Managers about market realities, search strategy and talent availability.
- Fast ramp-up to understand Nubank’s technical bar and the ability to translate this into effective sourcing strategies across seniority levels.
- Familiarity with AI assisted sourcing tools, enrichment platforms and outreach automation to enhance both speed and quality. (nice to have)

Work Model for this Role
Nubank operates in a hybrid model, where teams collaborate and periodically come together for about one week of in-person sessions.
