Program Manager, Gurugram Operations

Job Summary:

Program Manager – Gurugram Operations is a critical role for Gurugram office as it continues to scale and grows partnership with GLG offices, globally, with objective to deliver significant value impact for our clients. In this role, you will be based in our Gurugram office and will be working in partnership with entire Operating Leadership at Gurugram and various GLG Leaders, globally.

Directly reporting Head of Gurugram, the role provides excellent opportunity to run mission critical programs for Gurugram operations, do pro-active analytics and execute key insight to enable the teams/ BUs in their service delivery, and also deep dives into key areas of opportunity while facilitating timely action.

Specific Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

  • Drive the governance, reporting, and analysis at the consolidated level for Gurugram.
  • Optimize reporting & analysis, conduct Root cause analysis (RCA), and provide actionable insights to Business units/teams – especially in Client Solutions.
  • Partner with the Gurugram leadership team and coordinate operational initiatives and processes.
  • Project manage new initiatives/ teams in Gurugram and drive governance, reporting, and analytics.
  • Drive sessions and events in collaboration with the HR and Facilities team to drive engagement activities such as Town Halls, New Hire days, cross-functional learning sessions (A Day In The Life Of), open sessions, LT Visits, etc.
  • Work with teams to ensure all metrics are completed within the stipulated timeframe. Ensure a timely and accurate flow of communication across multiple stakeholders and manage various priorities calmly and efficiently.

Required Skills:

  • 3-4 years of relevant experience, and familiarity with GLG processes with an eagerness to learn.
  • Postgraduate / Graduate degree from a top-tier university
  • Analytic agility and creativity, with strong technical skills and the ability to develop and deliver key insights.
  • Devotion to accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data and models.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel –build efficient, scalable models; MS PowerPoint – create thoughtful communications and visually attractive decks. Familiarity with Looker is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and handle confidential information discretely and professionally.
  • Multi-task and manage various assignments simultaneously.
