Join Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Technical Sales Support Representative (Inside Sales) for qPCR content and be part of our mission to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer. In this role, you will drive sales growth for the qPCR Content portfolio, including TaqMan Assays and related qPCR/dPCR products, through virtual and digital channels. You will build strong customer relationships across academic, biotech, pharma, clinical, and industrial markets, using a consultative selling approach to understand customer needs and deliver optimal solutions. Working collaboratively, you will contribute to strategic sales execution and business success.
A Day in the Life:
Engage with customers virtually to promote and sell qPCR content products and services. Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals. Maintain and grow customer relationships using CRM tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets. Continuously build technical and product knowledge to effectively support customer inquiries and identify opportunities.
