Technical Program manager

Experience - 10 - 15 Years

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Technical Program Manager to lead and manage complex technical projects with a strong emphasis on technical expertise. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge across front-end, back-end, and middleware technologies, along with experience in coding languages such as Golang and Node.js. The TPM will also play a key role in effort estimation, proposals, customer technical discussions, and project status reporting, while providing overall program leadership and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and orchestrate end-to-end technical projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Engage directly in technical tasks, including architecture reviews, code reviews, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and stakeholders, to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Conduct technical discussions with customers to gather requirements, present solutions, and address technical challenges.
• Prepare effort estimates, detailed proposals, and feasibility analyses for new projects.
• Manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and senior management to ensure alignment.
• Maintain expertise in front-end, back-end, middleware, cloud platforms (preferably AWS), data platforms, and AI technologies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through process automation, tooling, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven hands-on experience in front-end, back-end, and middleware development.
• Strong coding skills in Golang and Node.js.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms, preferably AWS, including services, architecture, and best practices.
• Knowledge of data platforms and artificial intelligence is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in effort estimation, proposal preparation, and technical documentation.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to hold technical discussions with clients and internal teams.
• Experience in project management, including risk management and status reporting.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications in AWS or cloud architecture.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
