Group/Division

The KLA Services team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support. The KLA Services organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services. Our comprehensive services include: proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance; expertise in optics, image processing and motion control with worldwide service engineers, 24/7 technical support teams and knowledge management systems; and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Seeking a motivated, organized leader for the Project Management Office supporting Digital Solutions & Analytics. This role is pivotal in ensuring governance, process discipline, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Governance and Oversight: Develop and implement governance frameworks to ensure projects align with organizational goals and standards. Monitor adherence to these frameworks and provide coaching and guidance as needed.

  • Process Development: Establish and refine project management processes to enhance efficiency and consistency across the organization. Ensure these processes are well-documented and communicated to all stakeholders.

  • KPI Development and Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators to measure project success and organizational performance. Provide regular reports and actionable insights to senior management.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication between project teams and stakeholders. Ensure that all parties are informed of project status, risks, and issues.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance project management practices and outcomes.

  • Proficiency in project management tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity.

  • PMP or Agile certification is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8 year's of related experience with a bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or PHD 3 years experience ; or equivalent experience

Base Pay Range: $123,000.00 - $209,100.00 Annually

Primary Location: USA-MI-Ann Arbor-KLA
