A Senior Asset Owner & Technical Product Owner plays an integral role in the successful design, deployment, and adoption of end-to-end analytical solutions to serve our business partners. You will drive adoption of the advanced analytics portfolio through product ownership and execution of a balanced, intentional communication approach that best serves internal (agile team vision, execution work scope) and external (roadmap, asset-specific documentation) audiences.
This role is a critical member of the GS DSAIA organization, serving as connective tissue across a robust strategy and multiple job families. Amidst rapid change and opportunity across GS spanning business and technology teams, this position ensures that advanced analytic solutions are translated into tangible business outcomes. This role will balance strategy, technology, and customer value by evolving processes on growing teams, prioritizing work, shaping the backlog, and driving adoption to deliver measurable impact in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. The ability shape and guide technical execution, as well as take data science and engineering output and highlight key findings, results, and recommendations to our business partners is fundamental to success.
This role will support the Global Specialty organization as part of the Data Science, AI and Analytics team. The Global Specialty Data Science, AI and Analytics (GS DSAIA) team is one of three practices (business-aligned teams) in the broader Business Insurance Data Science, AI and Analytics organization.
This role will have a Hybrid work schedule, with the expectation of working in an office (Chicago, IL, Hartford, CT or Charlotte, NC) 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday).

Compensation
The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. The annualized base pay range for this role is:
