Paragon

Technical Product Manager

Los Angeles, CA, US Full-time

We’re expanding our team and looking for a Technical Product Manager (TPM) to drive the strategy and execution for our product strategy at Paragon. We have an incredibly ambitious product vision for 2026 to make Paragon the leading integration infrastructure for AI, and some of our key product initiatives this year include:

  • Building the next generation of fully-automated integrations for AI agents
  • Creating the best-in-class data ingestion platform for RAG applications
  • Making Paragon fully extensible to support any integration
  • Building a self-serve product onboarding to make Paragon accessible to all developers

Together, these initiative work towards achieving our mission - making Paragon the connective layer for all software.

To help us execute on this vision we need a TPM who can operate at two zoom levels: from a strategic view to drive our roadmap and a tactical, detail-oriented view to deliver the right implementation to customers.

You'll work closely with engineering, product, sales, and our customers to ensure we deliver seamless, scalable, and high-impact products that power our customers' businesses.

If you love working at the intersection of product, engineering, and APIs, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to shape the future of Paragon’s product vision, we’d love to chat!

What You’ll Do

  • Build the future of integrations in AI, where APIs are built for agents.
  • Define and execute the strategy for Paragon’s growing portfolio of products to meet customer needs and scale efficiently.
  • Lead a small team of engineers to evaluate and define technical requirements for new and existing products.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to collect customer requirements and translate them into actionable product roadmap based on impact, feasibility, and market demand
  • Lead complex projects end-to-end, including customer research, writing product specifications, and executing with engineering to launch new product features
  • Measure impact of new product improvements and iterate based on customer feedback
  • Continuously refine our product to improve scalability, performance, and developer experience.

You Should Have

  • 5+ total years of experience in engineering and product management, including
    • 3+ years of engineering experience, working with APIs, integrations, or developer-focused products.
    • 2+ years as a Technical Product Manager, demonstrating process-driven results in scaling integrations, defining technical product requirements, and leading cross-functional execution.
  • A deep understanding of APIs, webhooks, and authentication mechanisms (OAuth, API keys, etc.).
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams, defining clear and technically sound product requirements.
  • The ability to collect customer requirements and translate technical details into clear product decisions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience leading complex, large-scale product launches end-to-end, from writing specs in the design phase, coordinating with engineering on execution, managing launch timelines, and iterating based on customer feedback
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguous or complex API challenges.
  • A bias for action—you don’t just identify problems, you drive solutions.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience working with developer tools, API platforms, or integration products.
  • Experience building applications with SaaS integrations and understanding of B2B customer needs.
