Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Lead and deliver IT programs with exceptional quality, on schedule, and at optimal cost to meet business objectives,
Ensure effective communication across businesses and functions throughout the program lifecycle,
Leverage advanced tools like PowerBI and Celonis to provide visibility to key performance metrics,
Leverage AI / LLM tools to enable process automation and improved data analytics,
Support product planning and execution activities and quality improvement initiatives,
Provide cross-functional leadership for project execution, covering concept discussions, program implementation, clinical and pilot trials, and product deployment,
Engage cross-functional teams to incorporate product feedback into iterative program development,
Interacts with customers/stakeholders in VOC requirements-gathering, fine tuning, and obtaining product feedback,
Prioritizes continuously in accordance with the understanding and validation of customer problems and needs,
Strong Communicator that can present ideas in a clear & concise manner.
Education Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math),
Relevant on the similar position,
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence at all levels in the organization,
Project management skills including project initiation, scoping, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, rand communication,
Analytical, innovative, and business-oriented problem solver.
Business Acumen
Demonstrating the initiative to explore alternate technology and approaches to solving problems
Skilled in breaking down problems, documenting problem statements and estimating efforts
Ability to analyze impact of technology choices,
Ability to articulate the value of what is most important to the business/customer to achieve outcomes.
