About the Role
NN Group is strengthening its IT Service Delivery capabilities, a strategic function that guarantees reliable, secure, and compliant IT services supporting our business domains (Finance, Risk, etc.). We are looking for a Technical Service Manager with a proactive and technical mindset to oversee and improve our IT services within a dynamic enterprise environment.
What are you going to do
Manage end-to-end IT services and IT chains, ensuring alignment with ITIL principles
Act as the connecting link between business partners, functional administrators, engineers, and suppliers
Design and maintain User Access Management processes, including roles, authorizations, and access reviews
Advise on and support MFA, SSO, and identity integrations
Coordinate, improve, and automate IT General Controls (ITGC), fostering compliance and effective risk management
Ensure that SLAs and IT General Controls are adhered to; drive incident handling, root cause analysis, and service improvements
Safeguard timely execution of Lifecycle Management and promote continuous improvement of IT services
Collaborate with teams to deliver secure and reliable Azure and AWS-based solutions, focusing on security, continuity, backup, and recovery
Identify and realize opportunities for automation and AI-driven improvements within service management processes

What we expect from you
A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Strong interest and proven experience in IT Service Management, complemented by a technical mindset
Experience in, or strong affinity with, the functional/application management domain
Solid understanding of ITIL processes, including incident, change, problem, and configuration management
Experience with User Access Management, authorization concepts, and identity & access controls
Experience with IT General Controls (ITGC), ideally including automation
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, or a willingness to deepen your knowledge in this area
Familiarity with service management and monitoring tools such as ServiceNow, Splunk, or Power BI
Knowledge of security standards and regulatory frameworks (e.g. DORA)
Affinity with automation and AI, and the ability to apply these concepts in service and control contexts
Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or DevOps environments
